Mô tả công việc

  • Responsible for social recruitment and campus recruitment related activities to meet monthly, quarterly and yearly quota;
  • Monthly payroll report update, including collecting new hire information, payroll coordination with vendors and etc.
  • Responsible for team building activity, including update team building cost record and arrange and organizing team buildings;
  • Responsible for monthly reimbursement, including checking and approving the local team’s reimbursement in the system, reimbursing office expenses and etc.
  • Responsible for updating monthly office budget;
  • Responsible for renting, arrange payment and maintenance the office and apartment;
  • Other ad hoc tasks, such as local insurance purchase, coordination between local team and HQ and etc.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree. No requirements on discipline. An interest in electronics products. Fluent in English or Chinese, prefer Chinese.
  • At least 2 years HR work experience (especially recruitment), preferably in MNCs.
  • Exceptional communication skills. Work well under high pressure.
