·       Provide administrative support to the team across Southeast Asia.

·       Responsible for handling invoices with accounting department

·       Checking reimbursement reports

·       Handling staff travelling booking like air ticket and hotel

·       Updating leave record

·       Handling insurance topics

·       Assisting exhibition’s preparation…etc.

Yêu cầu công việc

·       Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experiences

·       Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in office administration

·       Proficiency in PC skills including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint

·       Able to work independently

·       Fluent in English both speaking &writing is a must

·       Excellent communication and coordination abilities

Detail oriented, well-organized and a good team player
