  • Define sales planning for assigned product (including marketing investigation, targeting, and activity plan).
  • Recognize organization in customers and identify decision makers. Try to reach them for showing our presence and obtaining other sales opportunities.
  • Identify frequent issues of a particular business process in customers and propose new solutions or strategy for winning other opportunities.
  • Close the order and process the contract procedure correctly.
  • Track, accurately record and report daily sales results to higher level managers.
  • Motivate team members and lead their work in proper way.
  • Attain and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • The other tasks are assigned by higher manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Graduated from University, major in Business Administration, IT or related field
  • At least 5-7 years of the experience in Sales position,
  • Having experience in a particular industry such as manufacturer, service, logistics, retail, etc. or in a particular system solution.
  • Team management, Sales skill, Solving problems skill, Presentation/Communication/Negotiation skill, ability to motivate teams, participate in and facilitate group meetings, delegate jobs.
  • Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public
  • Customer oriented, active and open mind
  • Good at English
  • Japanese language skill equivalent to N2 or above
  • Having Sales experiences or Pre-sales, technical consultant in IT industry is a plus.
