· Manage and provide best service to appointed sales accounts.
· Maintain a great working relationship with customers including development, merchandising, sourcing, purchasing, quality assurance and management.
· Establish sales targets for assigned customers.
· Monitor, analyze and develop sales and marketing strategies for appointed customers with regular and timely reports to Management.
· Research, analyze and identify new target customers.
· Gather information regarding the market position of the rival companies in order to plan, implement and follow up activities to improve the market position of the company.
· Monitor the customer’s feed-back and ensure a quick and proper response to all the enquiries and complaints from the customers.
· Assist and collaborate with other 40HRS’S CLIENT affiliates.
· Forecast product availability and communicate logistical needs to appropriate teams to ensure on time delivery.
· Receive feedback and propose new products to WB production development team.
· Coordinate as necessary with Customer Service team in the handling of purchase orders and work closely with Sales Support teams as needed.
· Assist the Credit department with accurate and timely information to pursue payment of customer invoices as needed.
· Perform other sales related duties as assigned by upper management.
· Travel both domestically and internationally as required.
· Degree holder or above (Major in Textile or Garment will be an advantage);
· Good selling and presentation skills as well as communication and organization;
· At least 5 years sales experience in garment related industry;
· A self-starter with an ability to work independently and under pressure;
· A good team worker with a global sense;
· Proficiency in English is mandatory.
