Ø Analyze performance of priority accounts (problematic or top-tier advertiser) and create optimization actions. Optimization goals include:
·        1) Account up-selling
·        2) General creative tips and best practices
·        3) Bidding/Budget/targeting recommendations
Ø Communicate budget increase with advertisers and encourage them to increase investment on advertising using Client’s platforms
Ø Able to identify high-value opportunities and low-hanging fruit
Ø Tier BoB and apply different approaches to manage advertisers of each tier to drive revenue
Ø Communicate effectively with advertisers and Client’s internal stakeholders (ads review, finance, product etc.) to achieve good customer experience
Ø Collaborate with Client’s internal resources (POC/Data/self-service project manager/Ads platform/Ads delivery/Sales CRM platform) to support Client’s to develop product features/tools/delivery/account management strategy that empower SMB customers and enhance work efficiency of Client Solution Specialists by providing the advice
Ø Answer advertiser questions online; provide account setup guidance and simple optimization suggestions for high-potential advertisers through inbound and outbound calls, as well as reach out to problematic advertisers via telephone to provide solutions
Ø Daily management of target SMB customers advertising on Client’s platforms, provide account optimization advice to advertisers by telephone and email to increase advertisement spend

Requirement
Ø Graduate with 1-3 years of working experience in Customer Services
Ø Minimum 1 year experiences in Sales & Marketing
Ø B2 or C1 proficiency level of the target language as defined below, with additional knowledge of English considered as a plus (the term “B2” and “C1” shall have the definitions set forth under CEFR, which can be updated and revised from time to time by the relevant authority)
Ø Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ø Passion for learning and creative problem-solving.
Ø Strong knowledge of cultural context in the user countries supported
Analytical frame of mind.

Working Conditions
Ø Moderate to no travel depending on project involvement
