Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full-cycle of B2B sales process of talent solutions services for Vietnam market from researching and identifying new business opportunities, evaluating prospective clients and optimizing sales efforts, attending client meetings and presenting/pitching the portfolio of services, contract negotiations and execution, securing mutually beneficial cooperation terms and driving revenue growth;
  • Build and develop client relationships, leverage the services demands, expand clients network with ESS, Payroll, Outsourcing and Staffing Services.
  • Perform as primary point of contact between the client and internal teams during the contract's execution portion and ensure the greatest feasible service by managing resolution to specific client needs.
  • Keep update on sales statistics, generate necessary documentation, and contact clients to acquire information and to respond to their inquiries.
  • Manage individual BDs, provide coaching, training, and mentoring to drive performance and achieve sales targets
  • Monitor team performance metrics, identify skill gaps, and implement performance improvement plans, leading to individual and team growth and exceeding targets.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • BA of English or Business Administration
  • 3-5 years’ experience in related sales, such as: Recruitment Services, Job Services, Payroll, Outsourcing and Staffing Services.
  • Good English
  • Good appearance is preferable.
  • Good in communication
  • Aggressive but in a good manner
