Mô tả công việc

- Manage staff working schedule/ attendance/ finger print

- Manage staff annual leave

- Conduct the compensation & benefits task

- Manage all staff/ teachers' concerns related to Compensations and Benefits

- Manage all staff/ teachers' concerns related to Payroll

- Conduct the monthly payroll on time and accuracy

- Manage the payslip to all employee

- Conduct SHUI/ PIT payment

Yêu cầu công việc

- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or related majors.

- Have experience at the same position with at least 02 year experience in compensation and benefits (in the education is a plus)

- Excellent at Vietnamese labour code, governmental regulations relating to compensation & benefit. 2. Skills

- Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English with the ability to liaise and negotiate in a professional manner

- Excellent in using Microsoft Offices, especially Excel

- Good in English (especially Writing, Speaking & Listening)

- High flexibility and ability to manage C&B function

- Careful, detail-oriented, enthusiastic

- Good presentation and persuasive skills
