- Sell IT Outsourcing and IT Staff Augmentation services to medium and large-sized customers.
- Create and execute a business development strategy for your accessible market areas
- Acting as the point of contact, maintaining good relationship with the customers, understanding customers’ demands
and preparing plan to meet the customers’ demand.
- Communicate with potential customers by phone, email, etc.
- Developing account development strategy and planning.
- Making sales presentations to customers’ executives.
- Responsible for the entire sales process
- Excellent English communication skills, No nationality limitations.
- At least 3 year of experiences as a Sales Executive (experiences in IT business is a plus)
- Strong social and communication skills. Strong negotiation skills.
- Priority to graduate from university
- Basic salary: 8 million ~ 15 million / month depending on ability. Bonus commissions, commission based
on project yield. (Details discussed in the interview)
- Income: Salary review 2 times / year according to capacity and work efficiency, bonus, gifts on Tet holidays:
New Year, National Day, April 30 - May 1, Mid-Autumn, Children's Day ...
