_Ensuring internal policies, guidelines are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

_Studying the effective of new regulations on the bank‘s policies

_Reviewing the bank‘s policies, guidelines, contracts and other documents

_Legal briefing, legal systemazing

_Providing legal advice to BOM, branches and other department in relation to banking business and operation

_Other tasks assigned by Legal & Compliance Director/Deputy Director

_Experience and knowledge in Banking industry at least 2 years

_Ability to identify areas of risk or weakness and suggest process of improvement

_Being accountable, detail-oriented, pro-active

_Ability to work both independently and teamwork

_Fluent in both English & Vietnamese (writting and speaking skills)

_Bachelor of Law, Law Practioner Certificate is a plus.
