Job Summary:
1. Identify opportunities to enhance internal processes which promote best practice and
lead to overall performance improvement and organisational efficiency.
2. Co-ordinate the activities of the Customer Service team; provide support and advice
to team members.
3. Monitor performance and lead the team to achieve key performance indicators
(KPIs) and provide an excellent service to customers.
4. Direct communicate with Customers to receive inquiries for transportation &
customs.
5. Direct communicate with relevant parties for requested information to prepare
documentation for transportation and custom inquiries.
6. Input data accuracy and well update in system.
7. Complete all necessary records and reports in a timely and accurate.
8. Supervise and coordinate unloading of inbound/outbound shipments.
9. Prepare related documents for the shipment/order.
10. Verify required inbound/outbound paperwork with drivers, ensuring that all
products are properly counted.
11. Ensure that the work schedules are correctly implemented and that jobs are
effectively assigned and properly completed.
12. Maintain good relationship with customers and subcontractors.
13. Respond to customer’s emails and escalations for activities in a timely manner.
14. Conduct operation in line with SOPs, work instructions.
15. Comply with the safety environment policy and company regulations.
16. Maintain teamwork, productive working environment.
17. Send invoices and shipments documents to request payment from customers.
18. Strictly follow safety policies and client’s requirements and regulations.
