Perform customer service with new ways, diversify your approach and manage potential customers

Update and track customer records

Analyze customer reviews, report conditions related to each customer and each group of customers

Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions

Work with the partner development department and expand the exchange connection, diversify the target market

Study, search, the update of market intelligence, quotations, presentations, concepts, etc... to look for business opportunities

Entertains and assists the needs of customers to ensure customer satisfaction and quality customer service.

Support meetings, seminars, events inside and outside the company,

Support other parts of the company such as administration

Managing office property care

 Directly assist with administrative paperwork and other related work;

Prepare to arrange work in conferences, on and offline meetings with colleagues
