• Managing all the activities of daily & shift working of dyeing production.

• Make sure production delivery on time.

• Ensure the output and quality of dyeing production.

Main Duties

• Be responsible for supervising production process, coordinating an allocating task/ activities to shift supervisor to minimize dye lots delay, ensure good quality of dye lots. Make sure worker following the SOP.

Controlling dye lots status based on delivery date & Sorting Kanban.

• Give solution for Location 13 which return tube from Sorting.

• Highs light if any Risk of delivery. Because of dyeing issues.

• Push production flow to get higher output, not let dye lots Stuck in production dyeing.

• Finding dyeing issues and reduce defects rate in production. .

• Check the daily Practice of 5S.

• Communicate with technical & planning dept. for daily, weekly, monthly dyeing plan.

• Education: University

• Level of Using Foreign language: Fluent in English

• Computer knowledge: Technology Office

• Having knowledge of: Textile

• Essential skills: Good Management

• Ability: High pressure Other requirements:
