Job Description
Leading a team of 4-8 members, plan and execute a content strategy that drives high performance of purchase orders.
Research the US market and analyze customer's insight.
Plan and manage creative content activities for retail products
Analyze, optimize and report products’ performance
Coordinate with the Fulfillment department to control product quality, delivery time and customer satisfaction.
Be responsible for KPIs of winning products
Be responsible for managing and coaching team members. - Directly report to CPM Manager

Solid experience in social content and product content (image/ video/ text)
Capability of content creation/ metrics/ research/ customers' insight understanding
Solid knowledge of the US market is an advantage
Experience in the E-commerce industry, deep understanding of global e-commerce markets
Experience in facebook ads performance is an advantage
Strong concept development and strategic planning
Good at leadership skill/ team management with experience of 2 years relevant roles.
Competency in English, equivalent to 6.5 IELTS++
