  • Ensure you have all information one week before the event and lialise with the Sales team as necessary to clarify any details
  • Assist in organising the event
  • Prepares for arrival and stay of all attendees
  • Checks all event arrangements with the Event Floor Manager prior to the client/guests arrival
  • Ensures all deliveries are in the room prior to the function


  • Welcomes & interacts with the client & their guests
  • Provides a mobile phone number to clients on which they will be personally reached should the client wishes to call them
  • Ensures & anticipates clients & participants comfort, efficiency & experience
  • Takes care of clients & participants requests
  • Anticipates and solves the problems
  • Keeps the Banquet Manager informed
  • Touches base with the client, ensuring he/she had a good experience


  • Thanks the client and ensures any necessary arrangements are made for the wrap-up of the event
  • Communicates any additional charges for invoicing
  • Makes note of client's preferences & complaints

Minimum experience required : 3 to 5 years Education level : Bachelor / Licence

Areas of study : Sales

Languages essential : English (Primary tongue) -
