Job Summary

The General Director (GD) has full responsibility and authority to direct the company's operations

to make sure it achieves its objectives effectively and efficiently.

This position reports directly to Group Directors and Group chairman.


Job Description


1. Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve company objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and create effective strategies to grow the company in Vietnam.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement throughoutthe organization.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships, client acquisitions and new value-added products or services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective Go-ToMarket strategies.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the Group Directors on business performance and growth initiatives.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement and delivery of strategy to the team.


2. Operational Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow across all departments.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to assess thecompany's performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Implement effective processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency,customer satisfaction, and overall productivity.
  • Set annual objectives for the company and its executive management team and be accountable for the results achieved.
  • Collaborate with senior management on strategic initiatives.
  • Oversees company policies, rules, regulations, procedures & systems.


3. Sales and Business Development:

  • Lead the sales and business development efforts to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Identify emerging trends and market demands to develop and refine product strategies and offerings.
  • Drive overall business growth and revenue generation in line with company objectives.
  • Develop and execute sales and commercial strategies to meet sales targets and maximize profitability.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve goals.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and partners, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.


4. Team Leadership and Development:

  • Provide strong leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a diverse team ofprofessionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Set clear performance goals and expectations for employees, regularly assess their performance, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Identify training and development needs and implement initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team.


5. Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial targets are met orexceeded.
  • Monitor expenses, revenue, and profitability, and implement cost control measures as needed.
  • Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts for senior management andstakeholders.
  • Manage and optimize the profits and losses of the company

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent is a plus
  • 5-10 years of experience in the ERP consulting industry or Business Consulting industry, with a focus on B2B sales and commercial activities.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with at least 10 years of experience in a similar leadership position such as General Manager/Director of a team of 100+ professionals, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of cloud applications, particularly ERP, CRM, Business, and digital transformation consultation in the Vietnam market, including industry trends, competition, and customer requirements.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
  • Ability to manage P&L and make strategic business decisions.
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
  • Solid problem-solving and consultative skills are required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
