Survey policies of other companies, market tendency for reference and improvement;
Make yearly budget. Propose suitable solution to improve C&B policy timely & legally;

End to end processing of company payrolls, including collecting and check salary information, calculating the payroll, seeking for approval, releasing the payment and deliver pay-slip;
Liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries;
Processing Payroll reporting to meet internal and statutory obligations;
Controlling attendance record, overtime report.
Taking part in organizing staff activities such as health check, internal events and activities;
Ensuring excellent relation with staffs;
Maintaining good cooperation with management team; give advice and support them on HR matters;
Preparing & producing HR reports and analysis as per request;
Implementing others, ad-hoc duties assigned and report directly to HR Manager.
Bachelor’s degree in equivalent experiences;
At least 3 years of relevant experience in payroll or 1 year working in the same position;
Professional knowledge of wages; strong understanding about Labor Law, tax…
Good communication, negotiation skills and excellent teamwork skills;
Experience in building / operating dashboard related to HR management or applying technology to work is an advantage;
Be able to work under high-pressure.
