Job Title :Technical Architect / Solution Consultant
Department Solution
Reporting To Senior Manager of Solution
Location HoChiMinh City, Vietnam
 
Principal Responsibilities
 Provide technical pre-sales support in articulating infrastructure design with in-depth product knowledge of minimum two technology domain as identified by NTT as long term strategy (refer to table below).
 Drive solution sales by understanding clients’ technical needs, translating identified needs into solutions
 Soft skills development that are identified by NTT such as sales and communication related
 Proposal Preparation
i) Communicate with internal or external client for requirement gathering using
phone or collaboration tools
ii) Craft initial bill of material / configuration for complex solution. Identify the
suitable model to be proposed based on capacity, features and client IT
environment needs
iii) Identify and map client support services need (maintenance) into NTT services
offering. Incorporate support services and managed services ideas into
proposal
iv) Generate customized proposal, translating client business needs into technical
solution.
v) Understand client current infrastructure environment and propose relevant
solutions and technical services scope of work that are required for end to end
implementation.
vi) Ability to facilitate and lead complex solutioning. Work with client, vendors and
internal team and responsible for end to end integration and design.
vii) Estimate man days effort and craft project implementation work breakdown
structure and timelines
viii) Analyze competitor landscape in among manufacturer products and system
integration. Articulate strength of NTT’s value and strength through
competitive NTT solution and services proposition
x) Drawing of network diagram in Visio and prepare Powerpoint presentation, in a
structured manner translating business requirements into technical design and
demonstrates NTT strength and solutions fitness.
 Adherence to NTT sales, process and collaboration tools to communicate and deliver results.

Experience and Skill Requirements:
1. A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
2. Minimum 5 years’ relevant presales or consulting experience, with proven track record
on winning and leading complex solutioning deals.
3. Preferred 3 years of implementation, design and consulting experience
4. Possess excellent technical sales and communications skills.
5. Have passion in new technologies and self-motivated learning
6. Excellent skills in Microsoft excel to consolidate complex bill of materials and design
synchronization
7. Excellent skill in Microsoft word, able to use TOC, Styling, Caption to automate proposal
templates
8. Any of the below Professional Certification:
 Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert (CCIE)
 Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCNP)
 Cisco Certified Network Professional is required
 Certified in any Gartner’s leader solution in Data Centre Storage, Server and
Backup Solution in both traditional infrastructure and hyper converge
environment
 Certified in any Gartner’s leader solution in Security solution
 Certified in any Gartner’s leader solution in Collaboration solution such as Cisco ,
Avaya, Genesys
 Any intermediate or advance certification based on the vendor listed below.
