The employee will act as lead Human Resources and Admin professional for the company, responsible for
organizational development, staff acquisition and performance, and for delivering company objectives to
the company in support of the corporate strategy. The leader will discover, recommend and bring in to the
organization world-class manpower in Vietnam and Region, support certain functional departments (Supply
Chain, Finance and Accounting, Quality, Project Management Office, Operations, Logistics, and/or others
as at specific time) needs. Over time, the individual will build organizational Management and Operation
policies, procedures, management regulations, and team in company that can manage function without needfor expat resource.
• Minimum 8 years in Human Resources; 3+ years of experience in HR Management position with a
demonstrated success in developing talent and organization.
• Experience in US culture working environment
• Effective negotiation, communication, decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Functional knowledge of engineering documentation, manufacturing process control, and technical data.
• Functional knowledge of quality related tools including, but not limited to Labor and Trade Union Law.
• Functional knowledge of Human capital management with domestic and international HR.Human Resources
• Functional knowledge of labor markets, with capability to analyze data and develop HR strategy.
• Ability to work independently with limited direct supervision and with non-existent or rudimentary
business systems and procedures.
