Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Lead to join our growing team. This role will be pivotal in shaping our company culture, managing talent acquisition, and implementing effective HR strategies that align with our business goals. The ideal candidate is adaptable, proactive, and passionate about building a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

(1) Talent Acquisition

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talents

• Manage the full recruitment cycle

(2) Employee Relations and Company Culture

• Foster a positive work environment aligning with company culture and address employee concerns

• Implement programs to enhance employee engagement and retention

(3) Compensation and Benefits

• Administer employee compensation and benefits programs

• Conduct market research to ensure competitive offerings

(4) HR Analytics

• Use data to drive HR decisions and improve processes

• Monitor employee metrics and prepare reports for leadership

Yêu cầu công việc

Key Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus

• 2+ years of experience in a similar managerial role (HR Lead or HRBP), preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment

• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic environment
