Key Responsibilities

• Develop and design creative content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Create marketing collaterals, including banners, posters, brochures, e-mailers, and presentations.
• Assist in photo editing, retouching, and enhancement to ensure high-quality visual standards.
• Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and reflect the company’s identity.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize ideas and campaigns.
• Assist in generating ideas for social media posts, promotions, and campaigns.
• Provide design support for events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Stay updated with design trends, especially within the medical aesthetic industry, to ensure fresh and modern visuals.
• Maintain an organized library of design assets and ensure proper file management for ease of use and access.

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
• Basic knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a must.
• Experience in filming & editing short videos for social media – e.g: Tiktok, Facebook Short, Instagram Reels (based on a given script)
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work, particularly in social media or marketing campaigns.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and layout.
• Good time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Interest in or knowledge of the medical aesthetic industry is an advantage.
• Able to catch up with social media trend & propose editing styles/music choice to be both trendy and aligned with brands’ key guidelines.
• English proficiency – able to understand, communicate & write simple emails.
• Experience in photography & video filming using professional equipment (camera and lighting) is a plus.
