• Build and drive sales plans for Korean clients in Vietnam, covering both direct and partner-based channels.

• Align market coverage, technical support, and resources to match customer requirements.
• Contribute to quality initiatives that improve customer experience and business performance.
• Execute sales actions that support company goals and target achievement.
• Meet customers regularly to understand their projects, maintain strong relationships, and uncover new business.
• Seek out new prospects to expand market reach and diversify opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and guide sales/marketing direction.
• Track industry movements to help shape new market approaches for 40HRS’s client.
• Oversee sales-related marketing and commercial campaigns to boost growth.
• Manage pricing structures and adjustments across different markets.
• Improve and unify internal commercial processes and tools.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, handling all communication, coordination, and discussions.
• Manage the full customer cycle, including forecasting, planning, order control, delivery, and payment follow-up.
• Address and resolve customer issues quickly to improve satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Support cross-country collaboration and drive new ways of working within the organization.
• Ensure all activities comply with the client’s policies on conduct, EHS, quality, and local regulations.
• Coordinate product samples from request to approval, working closely with application engineers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and developments.

 

Yêu cầu công việc

  • ·   Bachelor or higher degree in mechanical engineering or related field with Mechanical Engineering background.

    ·       5-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years specifically in heavy industry sales. 

    ·         Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with Energy clients.

    ·         High moral integrity, code of conduct

    ·         Good understanding of marketing strategy, sales process, technique, and control system.

    ·         Experience technical sales to various industries

    ·  Targeted knowledge and approach, particularly on growing Energy segment and supporting key drives clients

    ·         Native Korean speaker with professional English proficiency

    ·         Confident in negotiating with clients.

    ·         Solid presentation skills.

    ·         Travel within Vietnam and abroad.

    ·         Customer focused, service minded and act with speed.
