KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• 1 Plan, conduct, supervise, and evaluate laboratory operations, including developing new testing methods.
• 2 Ensure compliance with specialized regulations for testing in all relevant areas.
• 3 Guide the implementation of updated testing regulations and professional guidelines.
• 4 Develop and maintain forms, processes, and policies related to laboratory operations.
• 5 Advise laboratory management on planning and professional matters.
• 6 Prepare statistical reports and weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance summaries.
• 7 Draft business plans and participate in customer relations to promote laboratory services.
• 8 Manage the promotion and representation of laboratory services to stakeholders.
• Degree in Laboratory Sciences or a related field from a university or college.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in laboratory testing.
• Experience in laboratory management or holding a Medical Practicing License.
• Proficiency in English and Korean is highly desirable.
• Skills in statistical analysis and creating professional presentations (PPT).
• At least 3 years of experience in biochemistry, immunology, hematology, molecular microbiology, or pathology.
