Job Description:

• Sales Department:
• Sales representative for major global apparel companies
• Mainly sales activities related to apparel materials (auxiliary materials) and equipment, including manufacturing functions
• Coordination with sales departments in Japan and China
• Coordination with Japanese and Chinese suppliers
• Product Department:
• Communication with suppliers
• Customer service regarding product quality
• Management of product inventory, quality, and pricing
• Orders, delivery schedule management, and delivery negotiations
• CS Department:
• Receiving customer orders, managing shipping schedules
• Forecasting, managing inventory of raw materials and products
• Responding to customer requests
• Inquiries to the parent company's sales department

Desired Experience and Skills:

• Chinese-speaking individuals with Japanese language skills
• University degree or higher
• Japanese proficiency of N2 or higher, with good communication skills
• Proficient in Excel
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, purchasing management, or customer service in the apparel industry
• Willingness to travel
