  • Develop and manage marketing strategy and branding plans including launching new season, store’s grand opening, customer events and managing portfolios of existing products.
  • Push growth on the brand/product(s) through the development and implement of advertising and retail excellence, plus trade and consumer promotion campaigns.
  • Own marketing calendar and Roll out plan and ensure a timely delivery of all retail marketing tools.
  • Plan and execute customer strategy and research customer's insights.
  • Analyze market and consumer data and provide useful recommendations to management and reflect into business strategy and plan.
  • Own media channel strategy & execution, drive digitization as leading edge of the brand/products
  • Lead direct reports to high professional marketing performance and develop them to next level.
  • Build strong relationship to press and media agencies, etc.
  • Weekly supervise and report for team operating via project metrics.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Aged from 30 with at least 5 years at Marketing Manager position. 
  • Candidates from Retail/FMCG/F&B/Fashion industry are preferred
