- Develop the business marketing strategy and progressive marketing approaches to inspire and enable businesses to build company brand

- Create online & offline marketing programs to help businesses understand how to create meaningful connections with customers through digital platform rich suite of solutions like video, feed and branded content in the pursuit of growing brand awareness, perception and preference

- Lead relationships with cross-functional teams in Business Product Marketing, Business Marketing, Marketing Science and Sales Execute on marketing strategies, delivering related programs and materials (brochures, flyers, door gifts, …)

- Source and vet new opportunities and manage the ongoing relationships

- Drive top-line revenue via Partnership Marketing Campaigns

- Measure and optimize our partnerships campaigns to achieve revenue and return on ad spend goals

- Acting as the 'traffic controller' evaluating new partnership opportunities and collaborating with the right internal team to set goals and measure success.

- Collaborate with teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all campaigns

- Be able to deliver measurable results.

- Serve as a contact and media inquiries and request for information, disseminate information, when necessary, in respond to media inquiries

- Develop & maintain relationship with the local media including newspaper & electronic outlet. Planning & Executing PR Publication to promote the brand

- Planning Centre activities & national marketing events for students & new enrolment

- Planning & executing the opening events of new Centre or Centre relocation, or holiday program, back to school or Festival

- Provide internal support for external & internal communication through website, electronic communication, community engagement, media & video production

- Produce communication Platform for internal & external customers

- Assist in the production of Centre regulation, company newsletter, meeting brief, information brochure, handbooks, good news notice to customers

- Prepare information packets as necessary for new campaign Centre meeting

- Perform other related duties as assignment for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective communication program

Skills required :

  • At least 5 years in similar marketing field of public relation, journalism, communication & 3 year of supervisory experience to manage Communication & PR projects
  • Strong organization , communication & interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate skills in writing & editing
  • Ability to work with franchisee or stakeholders group
  • Demonstrate success in implementing strong communication campaign lead
  • Thorough knowledge of media operation
  • Experience with Web design, publication & graphic design
  • Extensive knowledge of social media & emerging communication platform
  • Experience with gathering & editing video
  • Process problem solving skills
  • Ability to work with Students, parents, staff , community members in positive manner
  • Ability to work with colleague & build a positive working environment
  • Education of ex-employment is preferable
