Job Overview:

The Mill Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a manufacturing mill, ensuring efficiency, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Oversee the entire milling process to ensure efficient production.

·         Hire and Manage workers in daily operation.

·         Schedule shifts and allocate tasks to maximize productivity.

·         Ensure all products meet established quality standards.

·         Implement quality assurance protocols and conduct regular inspections.

·         Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

·         Oversee the maintenance of equipment and machinery.

·         Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

·         Prepare reports on production costs and operational efficiency.

·         Generate detailed reports on production, quality, and safety metrics.

·         Present findings to senior management and suggest improvements.

·         Work closely with Israeli management to meet quotas, purchasing and implementing improvements into the system

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field - Advantage

·         Proven experience in mill or manufacturing management.

·         Strong leadership and team management skills.

·         Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

·         Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control processes.
