- KPI branch performance calculation & allocation.
- Propose incentive scheme for Retail RM (RRM - sale officer)
- Monthly retail loan & KPI reports for General Manager/ RRM team; Mother bank reports to Korea.
- Quarterly incentive scheme & RRM performance
- Add reports per management's requirements.
- Sale support programs, monthly RRM meeting preparation,
- Support branch inquiries in branch KPI & RRM-incentives & especially some allocated branches
- At least 2 years’ experience in relevant fields, mathematics & statistic field is preferable
- Good in mathematics
- Problem Solving/Analytical skill
- Presentation skill
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point. Refer staff understand Sas.
- Team work, hardworking, time managing.
