Mô tả công việc

1. Preparing documents for clients’ shipments (both sea & air, inbound & outbound).

2. Regularly updating customs clearance status to customers.

3. Updating the shipment information in the system and reports.

4. Following up monthly, weekly reports.

5. Liaising with the trucking teams to arrange to pick up cargoes from customers’ site (export shipments), or deliver the cargoes to consignees’ address (import shipments).

6. Contact to the customers for required documents if missing regarding to incoming shipments.

7. Preparing required reports (internal & external).

Yêu cầu công việc

- College graduated or above.

- Customs Brokerage Certificate.

- Fresh gruadated or 01 year experience in documentation of customs clearance at HAN ports & airport.

- Experience in documentation of customs clearance for both import/export.

- Know and familiar with ECUS / VNACCS for E-customs.

- Experience in handling works for varies kind of goods.

- Honest, responsible, able to work under stress.

- Good communication with customers.

- Accurate, Careful, quick manner.

- Teamwork.

- Well organized.

- Time management.

- PC using skill.

- Communication skill.

- Knowledge on Incoterms.
