Manage the daily operations through supervision of dispatchers and all operations staff.
Oversee and ensure professional delivery and pickup operations.
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures.
Maintain control of the COD process and oversee delivery staff compliance and accurate reconciliation of cash.
Ensure delivery to customers on time and with precision.
Lead the troubleshooting, solve problems as they occur and ensure service integrity.
Manage interdependencies and risks, for multi-functional, and drive resolution of key initiative challenges, escalating risks and issues to the Head of Dept for guidance and decision where required.
Provide strategic and operational guidance on the implementation of key strategic projects & operational initiatives ensuring that these projects meet their strategic intent and goals.
1 - 3 years of experience
Very strong analytical & critical thinking with data-driven.
Excellent computer skills and proficient in Office.
Good knowledge in optimization processes (LEAN or Kaizen Methodology)
Outstanding communication skills in collaborating with diverse, multi-functional teams.
Organization and project management skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Ability to work autonomously and on multiple projects. Results driven with an eye for details.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
