· Work closely with vendors on sales plan in terms of Sell-in; Sell-thru. · Manage the Team to execute the sales plan for reaching the target assigned · Set selling prices · Build and carry out Marketing programs to push sales and enhance the brand awareness, including product training/seminars or customers events. |

· At least 03 years of experience in distribution service (preferably channel sale). Direct experience in the industry of ICT, security products (endpoint, firewall, IPS...) is an advantage. · Knowledge and understanding of supply, product and vendor Management · Proven contract negotiation skills · Possess good interpersonal and communication skills · Proficient in Microsoft Office applications i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint. · Able to work in a fast paced environment · Capable of gathering, processing, updating, and organizing information effectively; skilled in planning and executing tasks systematically. · Proactive and cooperative; able to perform well under pressure and adapt to fast-paced work environments. · Able to develop effective strategies and action plans tailored to business goals and management needs. · Agile in handling issues, with a direct and transparent communication style. |
