(1) Allocate tasks based on the production task sheets and the actual situation of each stage. Be responsible for executing production tasks; in cases of exceeding or falling short of productivity, promptly contact the production department to adjust task allocation.
(2) Resolve any abnormal situations that arise during the production process in a timely manner.
Production Safety:
(1) Organize discussions, implement, and improve safety measures for each production stage.
(2) Organize safety meetings, promote safety awareness, and inspect protective equipment as well as ensure employee operational safety at each stage.
Quality Management:
(1) Organize production strictly according to process requirements and quality standards.
(2) Be responsible for organizing quality improvements and technical enhancements.
Cost Control:
(1) Timely gather cost control information from each workshop and develop corresponding cost control strategies.
(2) Be responsible for evaluating and adjusting labor unit costs for products.
On-site Management:
Follow on-site management regulations, implement instructions, and supervise the 5S system (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) and equipment management to ensure the production environment is clean and organized.
Reporting Management:
(1) Analyze abnormal situations from various reports, propose corrective actions, approve action plans, and oversee implementation.
(2) Based on quality inspection data provided by the quality department, organize improvement activities, propose improvement strategies, and check actual progress on improvements.
Performance and Team Management:
Based on work plans, assign tasks to employees to ensure that all process goals are met.

Requirements:
Proficiency in Chinese (English is a plus).
5-7 years of experience in production workshop management and team management.
Strong communication skills, a passion for teamwork, and the ability to plan, organize, communicate, and coordinate effectively. Ability to work under high pressure.
Preferably with experience in assembly production in fields such as 3C (computers, consumer electronics, and communications), home appliances, and household goods.
