• All deliveries garments comply with the customer standards. Comply with customer requirement of quality process, standard, tests, Inspection procedures.
• Report professionally to DGV (Delta Galil Vietnam) Quality Director
• Review new styles and arrange Risk Assessment to identify critical segment and product safety concerns, discuss with production/technical expertise
• Review pilot run comments and measurement briefs prior schedule with operation team
• Coordinate with teammates to necessary arrangements for customer visits and audits
• Follow at all departments and verify on daily base that all Delta Quality Systems strictly apply from phase: Starting new style with the Pilot Process – CTQ; Risk Analysis; TOP until CFA inspections
• Audit factory quality system and related process and report to Quality Director
• Training - make sure to training all quality team, In addition responsible that all Training Plan will be perform as schedule. Responsibility to evaluate your team and training the low level to be up position.
• Prepare action plan for customer complaints and Factory audit findings, and implementing shortterm and long-term countermeasures
• discuss with QA Director prior sharing with customers.
• Undertake continuous training and development Manduties:
• Provide clear leadership for the development of an environment focused on Quality.
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice quality strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
• Lead ‘RFT - Right at first time’ and problem-solving methodology, decision making and Lead the team to achieve quality targets for customers and business goals.
• Communicate with personnel at all levels, internally and externally to the Company, in relation to Quality matters. Job Requirement
• Education: Barchelor or Master Degree
• Level of Using Foreign language: English
• Computer knowledge: MS, Email communication
• Having knowledge of: Significant experience in Quality assurance
• Essential skills: Excellent written, verbal and problem-solving skills Other requirements:
• Number of experience year: Minimum 8 years
• Others: Minimum 3 years worked as manager
