✔️ All deliveries Socks comply with the customer standards. Comply with customer

requirement of quality process; standard; tests; procedures.

✔️ Administrational / Report professionally to Our Client Unit Quality Manager. Dotted with Global QA Director.

✔️ Under your responsibility all operational \ production departments of your unit. In

addition, coordinate with Quality Manager regarding Raw Material \ Supplier’s quality.

  • In coming inspection of yarn, raw material.
  • Yarn store pre knitting.
  • Knitting Dept.
  • Wet process (Integrated Lean Process – Sewing; Wet Process; Boarding; Pairing; Packing).

✔️ QA team including

  • Knitting – Quality Leader and his team including the Set Up \RFT.
  • Wet Process – WP & leader and his team. Including Sewing; WP; Boarding;

    Pairing and Packing – AQL Leader (daily out-put \ 30 min. lessons) and his team.

✔️ Follow at all departments in socks and verify on daily base that all Our Client Quality System is strictly apply from phase: Starting new style with the Pilot Process – CTQ; Risk Analysis; TOP.

  • PON - including all reports \ tags required: All Operation Station; In line quality control; End of Line; AQL; Product Safety - Needle Procedure; FML; Measurements; Daily Meeting. [Flags TLS and marking form with colours

    highlighter will apply upon receiving the GYR cards \ tag.

  • Audit a weekly the quality system and report to Unit Quality Manager/Socks Plant Manager.

  • Participate daily/weekly/Monthly meeting (Internal/External).

  • Balance the team according the operation priorities.

  • Doing “Quality Plan” in case of CAPA or changing of process \ production.

  • Training = make sure to training all quality team, In addition responsible that allTraining Plan will be perform as schedule. Responsibility to evaluate QA teamand training the low level to be up position.

  • Make sure that all worker will keep the Product Safety instruction \ procedure +

    Safety and Health rule.

  • Worker will follow the Vietnam regulation according hours of working and

    HR compliance rule.

  • Every new style must review by QAM, It is regular duty to mark “Key

    Operation”/ “Key Style”.

✔️ Other duties:

  • Nike quality reports.
  • Leading weekly quality meeting.
  • Customers claims / visits / replies.
  • Yearly quality target plan

Diploma and above qualifications

✔️ Minimum 3 years in Quality related Positions such as Senior QA / Executive / Asst Manager or above.

✔️ Should be worked related to apparel quality and should know about quality process

and Quality management system (QMS).

✔️ Must handle export leading customers.

✔️ Good communication & people management skills.

✔️ Fluent in English
