· Evaluate and manage input quality
· Handle complaint information: Monitor and resolve customer product quality issues, understand the details of the complaints to facilitate internal quality improvement planning within the company.
· Respond and investigate customer quality issues: For quality issues reported by customers, analyze and create a request for resolution to the quality management department, track the improvement plan, and ensure its implementation.
· Develop quality control processes and management plans: Create quality control processes for the assigned modules and develop work plans for quality management.
· Conduct field inspections and publish quality improvement reports: Inspect the production site to identify quality issues promptly, communicate to improve the situation, and publish improvement reports.
