Job Descriptions:

  • Your mission is to build and grow your recruitment team to support our clients with their hiring needs and deliver a good experience.
  • Build up and maintain good relationships with customer as well as expand postential leads.
  • Prepare job descriptions / post jobs on
  • Search for suitable candidates on the provided recruiter account, network, referrals...
  • Screen and shortlist candidates, interview candidates, organize interviews between candidates and clients, ensure speed of recruitment process, effectiveness of vacancies and candidates’ capacity.
  • Follow up with clients and candidates until the deal closes.

Yêu cầu công việc


  • College Degree or higher
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in Internal/External recruitment or B2B Sales in relevant industry
  • Good attitude, willing to learn and develop yourself
  • Good personal, communication skills
  • Can do attitude, sales oriented
