Mô tả công việc

- Receive information from customers, sales Department to inform timely to related departments.

- Make Delivery Order/Receive sheet, arrange transportation and follow up until machines reach the customer sites, etc.

- Making daily in/out report.

- Making standby list of machines

- Support to make quotation as being required

- Make claim notice for repair fee to send to customer

- Make rental contract with customers

- Support accounting task: Make asset, make white invoices and others as being assigned.

- Make site sheet everyday

- Other tasks as assigned by Leader/Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Degree: University or college graduate.

- Experience: Fresh – graduated or experienced.

- Gender: Female

- Language: Good at listening, speaking, reading and writing English.
