- Receive and process orders on the system.
- Check goods and arrange delivery.
- Manage PO, delivery order and invoices for customers.
- Liaise with logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
- Call to confirm customers have received the goods.
- Daily sales report for the relevant department.
- Calculate monthly sales incentive.
- Prepare stationeries for sales staff monthly.
- Track inventory of goods, make monthly stock-take reports
- Provide good support to sales rep and customers.
Working place: 82-84 Hà Huy Tập, P. Tân Phong, Q7, TPHCM
Working time: from Monday to Friday (from 8 am to 5 pm)
- Graduated College, University in any related field.
- Proficient in office computers: Word, Excel.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- At least 1 year of working experience is preferable
