· Consultanting customers about company products, delivery and payment term

· Follow up order from receiving to delivery

· Contacting to related departments to finish the order on time

· Assisting in production planning, purchasing etc.

· Solving problem in case customer complain

· Diverse translation tasks

· Another job required by managers

Yêu cầu công việc

·         Speaking and writing English fluently

·         Strong communicative and interpersonal skills

·         Being able to work under pressure

·         Experience of overseas customers handling and/or upholstered furniture would be advantage(s).

·         Organized and able to work independently

·         Good Microsoft Excel skills
