Job Summary
Service scopes are as following but not limited to:
− Check for buying rates from local carriers, internal Operation Team, and company group to collect full costs as per quotation request and provide them to Sales.
− Prepare quotations in the general form, send them to customers, and follow up on the results.
− Support Sales in preparing reports., other related presentations, Sales calls posted on the internal system, and other related tasks.
− Ensure that pipeline opportunities are managed in a compliant way while ensuring adherence to the entire Customer Engagement Cycle.
− Capture and manage business and market intelligence.
− Support the highlighting of achievements in the business development space.
− Drive and roll out yearly business development plans for the specified vertical.
Knowledge, Skill and Abilities Required
− Bachelor degree or above
− A minimum of 2 years of same position in logistics industry;
− Good communication and influencing/ negotiation skills
− Build up relationship internal and external; highly organized with the ability to wear multiple hats in a fast moving environment and drive performance and build differentiators.
− Ability of managing multiple tasks under time pressure with positive attitude.
− Fluent in Chinese/English.
