  • Conduct salary and benefits research using information obtained from the companies within or outside industry. Create compensation models in formulating the right compensation levels. Recommend elements to be included in the compensation package of various positions to make them attractive in the job market.
  • Design, evaluate and modify the policies to make sure all the benefits competitive and in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Directly involve in the preparation and distribution verbal or written information to inform staff/ teacher of the compensation & benefits in the Company.
  • Maintain records and compile statistical reports related to attendance, movements, appraisal... Monitor all personnel information is recorded sufficiently, accurately and updated in the database on a timely basis.
  • Supervise to ensure that all employees, teacher full time and part-time receive remuneration (salary, allowance, bonus, allowance…) accurately and on a timely basis.
  • Supervise to ensure all new local staff are equipped with on-board procedures, guidelines, and appropriate HR administrative procedures are promptly applied in case of promotion, transfer, contract renewal, probation end, resignation, termination, etc…
  • Supervise to ensure that the operation of social insurance, health insurance, work insurance... is in accordance with the regulations and Company’s policies including registration, contribution, reporting, claim.
  • Responsible for the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) including: selection of software/hardware, design, testing and direction of the system.
  • Oversees maintenance and processing of employee records by conducting audits to ensure validity and integrity of the HRIS data. Analyzes system requirements by identifying and implementing changes/upgrades to the existing system to support the organization's human resource programs/services.
  • Ensure that the HRIS software/ C&B module run smoothly and developed in line with the requirement of HR activities.
  • Actively provide necessary supports to HR projects in order to achieve overall HR objectives under the job holder’s responsibility and capacity.

University graduate

Good knowledge of HR regulations and practice





Minimum 5-year experience in HR work

Good understanding and experience in HRIS






Excellent interpersonal skill,

Management skills

Good relationship with authorities

Fluent PC software (Word, Excel, HR management software)

Effective analytical thinking, accuracy and carefulness.
