- Conduct Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Audits in Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia and other Southeast Asian countries, including India.
- Write and submit audit reports in timely manner.
- Develop reasonable Corrective Actions Plan with suppliers after CSR Audit by providing necessary support and guidance.
- Formulate, implement and evaluate tailor-made corrective measures with building tools and template to improve suppliers’ conditions.
- Conduct effective coaching and training to internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with CSR Manager in Hong Kong to determine the best CSR approaches for suppliers in Southeast Asia.
- Collaborate strategically with Purchasing Team to drive improvement at suppliers and phase out poor factories.
- Analyze audit data and benchmark international CSR standards to give recommendation for program enhancement,
- Enhance and enforce implementation of SOP, and Conduct ad hoc visits & projects.
- Degree holder, in Social Science or Accounting.
- At least 5 years CSR auditing experience for factories producing diversified merchandises in Vietnam and Southeast Asian countries.
- At least 3 years’ experience in launching improvement program with suppliers to meet legal and CSR standards.
- Creative and innovative problem-solver, able to meet tight deadline and work under high pressure.
- Well-versed understanding on general suppliers’ operations including CSR approach and production flow.
- Demonstrated effective skills in coaching and training suppliers to deal with critical CSR issues persistently.
- Solid experience in delivering CSR training to internal and external stakeholders, SA8000 Lead Auditor is an absolute advantage.
- Strong knowledge of local labor, health and safety and environmental laws including Vietnam and Southeast Asian countries as well as CSR standards such as RBA & SA8000.
- Self-motivated, detailed-oriented & organized.
- High degree of work ethics and integrity.
- Independent and responsible as well as ability to work in a team.
- Frequent domestic and international travels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, and Knowledge of Malay and/or Thai is a plus definitely.
- Proficiency in MS office.
