  • Drive strategies to enhance competitive positioning in the market and achieve growth revenue for Epson in Vietnam.
  • Manage performance and ensure division achieves and adopts industry best practice standards
  • Design overall strategy and clear directions to meet key performance indicators, aligned with corporate business goals
  • Ability to identify opportunities, anticipate challenges and develop sales readiness to ride on opportunities and mitigate business risks
  • Pursue and establish multi-distribution structure” for the market in Vietnam according to project plan depending on product categories.
  • General management of core functions such as Product Marketing, Marketing and Sales operations is critical
  • A clear understanding of customer service, especially for supporting B2B business, is essential
  • Understanding of macro-economics and how it will impact local business and operations

Competencies

  • Ability to lead and motivate a country team whilst keeping in mind, the corporate vision of the company
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills — highly articulate to engage with multiple stakeholders, including senior management both within and outside the organization
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical and commercial negotiation skills
  • In-depth knowledge of B2C and B2B sales process, challenges and infrastructure requirements
  • Extensive knowledge and proven track record of understanding customer needs, especially for B2B or vertical business
  • Exposure to multiple functions in an NNC is necessary in order to offer a more holistic perspective to issues and challenges
  • Open to drive change and not averse to challenges with the ability to make hard decisions for the good of the company

Critical Work Experience

  • Minimum 10 years performing a supervisory role in managing people
  • Minimum 10 years in technology sales or successful vertical business sales
  • Prior work experience, especially in a business development role, in the copier and commercial & industrial printing market will be an added advantage

Qualifications

  • Degree is preferred
