Ability to lead and motivate a country team whilst keeping in mind, the corporate vision of the company
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills — highly articulate to engage with multiple stakeholders, including senior management both within and outside the organization
Strong problem-solving, analytical and commercial negotiation skills
In-depth knowledge of B2C and B2B sales process, challenges and infrastructure requirements
Extensive knowledge and proven track record of understanding customer needs, especially for B2B or vertical business
Exposure to multiple functions in an NNC is necessary in order to offer a more holistic perspective to issues and challenges
Open to drive change and not averse to challenges with the ability to make hard decisions for the good of the company
Critical Work Experience
Minimum 10 years performing a supervisory role in managing people
Minimum 10 years in technology sales or successful vertical business sales
Prior work experience, especially in a business development role, in the copier and commercial & industrial printing market will be an added advantage
