About this team

The Liaison Office (LLO) team is dedicated to ensuring our products are produced of the highest quality, delivered when we need them, and manufactured with partners who share our commitment to elevating the world. Not only do we manage the production of great products, we also build great relationships.

Our merchandising teams work closely with vendor partners and internal teams to drive product excellence, manage costs, and build positive relationships cross-functionally.


A day in the life:

  • Support the Vancouver development and sourcing teams by managing the critical path from tech pack handoff through to buy release
  • Core tasks include costing, analysing and validating cost breakdown and negotiating cost as needed; excellent at costing – striving for vendor’s costing SOP adherence
  • Understand style details and can communicate comments to vendors
  • Costing Data input and managing costing report
  • Product reports based on data collected from vendors.
  • Be the point of contact in the region for the vendors during the development process
  • Visit factories for sample reviews based on like-to-like styles
  • Frequently visit the factory and observe end-to-end production processes related to the products
  • Work closely with our local Quality teams on costing-related quality issues
  • Arrange and attend the quarterly vendors review meetings

Yêu cầu công việc


  • Your ideal background: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Textiles or related fields
  • 7+ years experience in a similar role within merchandising environment
  • Strong knowledge of technical fabrics, garment construction and related machinery.
  • Experience in working directly with vendors in Sri Lanka and ability to drive performance
  • Experience in pre-costing and calculation
  • Fluency in English (with local languages or Mandarin preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, you possess amazing MS Excel skills! (V Lookup and Pivot Table knowledge essential)
  • Experience working on PLM and PO systems like Flex PLM and Tradestone
