1. Generate new sales opportunities for Company products by actively hunt, penetrate, and develop new OEM relationships and opportunities

2. Develop and lead an OEM strategic account plan that contains clear performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for expanding our relationships and opportunities within the OEM and their suppliers. 3. Analyze client needs and design solutions accordingly by managing strategic sales process in complex customer organizations

4. Accurately plan and forecast the metrics and performance of business with ongoing analysis and reports for OEM business performance, relevant actions and recommendations

5. Negotiate contracts through capable distributors in the region to leverage and coordinate resources with excellent project management and effective process improvement

6. Engage with sales, marketing , finance, etc to develop and deliver continuous value-add results within the business

Yêu cầu công việc

1. 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of outstanding results

2. Experiences in network security will be a plus but not necessary. We are looking for diverse back grounds with strong consumer product focus. 3. Excellent Existing C-Level Relationships

4. Ability to build strong and continuous partner relationships

5. A highly consultative sales background with superb written & oral communication skills

6. Result-driven strategic thinker with business and financial acumen

7. Strong organizational and presentation skills
