·       Responsible for generating and qualifying leads in the B2B cross -border payments segment. Develop opportunities through prospecting, webinars, trade shows, offline events, promotions, etc.

·       Effectively pitch and acquire new customers for the core company product as well as new product launches.

·       Design and implement a strategic business development plan to expand customer base; achieve and exceed targeted sales goals.

·       Maintain an active sales pipeline and optimize the management of prospects from lead generation to successfully closing deals.

·       Work cross-functionally across the organization, such as marketing, product, compliance, legal, sales ops, etc. to shape the solution based on clients’ needs and to achieve the required goals.

·       Making a difference by helping the clients grow together by forming a network of collaboration

Yêu cầu công việc

·       Bachelor’s degree preferably in business or a quantitative field. Master’s degree preferred.

·       Excellent oral and written communication skills in English is a MUST.

·       5+ years of professional B2B corporate sales experience within finance, fintech, import export and or international logistics.

·       Able to work independently with a proven hunter mentality, and as a team player wearing different hats.

·       Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with external clients as well as internal stakeholders. Must possess intense customer focus.

·       Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results through influence and negotiation.

·       Strong work ethic and time management. Highly organized and detail -oriented.

·       Self-motivated, flexible, and knows how to think outside the box whenconfronted with challenges.

·       Chinese speaking is an advantage!!
