Designs, develops, analyzes, and implements manufacturing processes to Company products. Leads/supports various operational groups in determining root cause and resolution of performance related issues. Supports various operational groups in cost reduction of existing products and parts. Develops and implements process improvements to existing products to support cost reduction goals
Production line manufacturing issue analysis and solving.
Overall leading assets/fixtures/ tools development and management.
Labor model review and approval
Drive Lean, Six Sigma and Industry 4,0 implementation for suppliers located in Vietnam
Mentor and coach to Tier 1 suppliers staff to execute LSS & I4.0 transformation roadmap by site, for a successful and timely completion of their projects.
Develop and manage series of process controls to sustain improvements over time.
Conduct regular LSS & I4.0 audits to measure LSS implementation maturity by product.
Ensure product processes are meeting Lean Six Sigma and I4.0 requirements such as: Continuous Flow, Line Balancing, Pull System, 5S, TPM, OMS, Cross training, CTQ implementation, Automation, digitization etc.
Manage effective Engineering Change process for EVM products.
Create or review EC and TCNs (such as process/fixture/efficiency/system…)
Create or review DV, it will secure any temporarily change be acknowledged by Company and quality is under good controlling.
Create or review MFGCO, it will be applied to systematically control manufacturing process and parameter etc.
Ensure BOM are accurate based on Agile BOM.
Ensure asset and fixture in the right lifecycle, production asset and fixture are 100% compliance and accuracy with Agile.

Bachelor of Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, etc.)
5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Knowledge of Industrial engineering and lean manufacturing principle.
Green or Black belt a plus
Proficient in MS office software.
New product launch and project management experience.
Strong hands-on problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively prepare and deliver technical reports and presentations.
Working knowledge of Value Engineering for project payback analysis and financial justification.
Proficiency with PC applications including spreadsheets, word processors, database, timing charts, presentation & flow charting
Ability to function & lead in a team environment & effectively communicate across various levels of the organization are a must.
