*RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Building and managing the team.
- Helping teammates to utilize technology effectively.
- Discussing with team members about project requirements.
- Overseeing all activities within a team.
- Exchanging information between team members and stakeholders.
- Discovering and implementing new technologies to meet the company’s needs.
- Keeping track of and structuring various tasks, employees and documents.
* REQUIREMENTS:
- College or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year in Technical Leader position.
- Programming languages and software technologies in one of these scopes: PHP(Laravel)/.NET(.Net core)/Java(Spring/Spring boot)/Python.
- Experience with writing efficient databases as SQL server/MySQL/MariaDB/Oracle or MongoDB,..
- Experience with writing efficient SQL queries.
- Experience with Web Services (REST, etc.), Micro-services.
- Strong communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders.
- Talent for leadership, communication, and management.
- Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems and processes.
- In-depth knowledge of agile process models such as Scrum.
