  • Support technical after-sales work of company products;
  • Provide products demo, service, maintenance, and upgrades for customers;
  • Create, manage and contribute to technical support guides and supporting troubleshooting documentation as needed;
  • Write product solutions and responsible for inquires of technical parts of related products;
  • Good service attitude, response customer quickly.
  • Other job related to technical issues.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor or above degree in computer science, electronics, telecommunications, or information systems is preferred.
  • Fluent in English, Chinese is a preference;
