Responsibilities

- Approach, contact new customers by phone in order to introduce products and set up a meeting for Educational Planner
- Managing, tracking and following up on new customers by calling the
- Consult customers about their concerning on the product and service
- Coordinate with Sales and Care team in improving the performance of the team especially in account management and customer satisfaction
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process telesales orders in an accurate manner
- Go the “extra mile” to support Educational Planner to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

  • Qualifications
    - Sales orientation
    - Fresh College/University graduated is an advantage
    - Passionate in career development career
    - A polite and friendly manner
    Skills
    - Good communication and persuasion skills
    - Excellent interpersonal skills
    - Team player, interacts well with people
    - Strong tele-sales and customer service focus
    Language
    - Fluent in Vietnamese; English fluency is an advantage
    Computer
    - Familiar with MS Office
    Other requirements
    - Age range: 21 to 30
    - Well presented
    - Enthusiastic, professional and well-organized
    - Ability to work independently as well as in a team
    - Available for shift working
    - Ability to work under pressure
    - Outgoing personality and self-motivated
