Responsibilities
- Approach, contact new customers by phone in order to introduce products and set up a meeting for Educational Planner
- Managing, tracking and following up on new customers by calling the
- Consult customers about their concerning on the product and service
- Coordinate with Sales and Care team in improving the performance of the team especially in account management and customer satisfaction
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process telesales orders in an accurate manner
- Go the “extra mile” to support Educational Planner to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
