  • Responsible for secretarial work, administration and distribution for the entire F&B department.
  • Supports the day-to-day operations and coordination of the F&B office. Attend meetings and establish good coordination with all departmental areas and all other departments.
  • Perform works in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with Hotel policies and procedures.
  • Maintain professional business confidentiality.

Your experience and skills include:

  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a similar role in a hotel setting is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the ability to lead by example·
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English
